Whether you're considering your first steps into education, currently working as a Teaching Assistant and looking to enhance your skills, or ready to progress towards becoming a qualified teacher, we'd love to meet you at our Get Into Teaching event.

Join Dave and Marine from Ormiston Teacher Training West for an informal and informative session designed to answer your questions, explore your options and help you understand the different routes into teaching.

During the event, you'll discover:

✅ What a career in teaching can offer

✅ Different pathways into teacher training

✅ How Teaching Assistants can develop their experience and strengthen their CV

✅ Information about our Postgraduate Teaching Apprenticeship (PGTA) route

✅ Funding, support and application guidance

✅ What life is really like as a trainee and early career teacher

We'll also be joined by the Managing Mentor from Ormiston NEW Academy and one of our recent Early Career Teacher's, who will share their experiences and offer valuable insights into training and working within the profession.

Whether you're exploring a career change, about to graduate, already working in a school, or simply curious about teaching, this event is the perfect opportunity to learn more in a relaxed environment.
